VISION To serve as encouragers and catalysts for a movement of integral mission in Latin America by discipling Christ-centered leaders, who in turn disciple others, and by networking these leaders into communities of learning, service and collaboration for the transformation of all sectors of society. MISSION We envision the people of God in Latin America transcending barriers of race, culture, class, political ideology and denomination to give an integral witness to the power of the cross and the empty tomb and thereby transform individuals, communities, and nations.
MISSION WORK Joel and Jeannie have served in Managua, Nicaragua since 1996. Joel helped found the Nehemiah Center (http://www.nehemiahcenter.net) in 1999 and served as its director until 2008 when he turned over the leadership to a Nicaraguan director. The Nehemiah Center is a collaboration between nine international mission and development agencies including CRWM, CRWRC, Partners Worldwide, and Worldwide Christian Schools.
