VISION Through our ministry, we envision the Haitian churches that we serve growing deeper in God’s word and capacity for ministry, growing broader as more people respond to the Good News, and growing stronger as their faith impacts the challenges that Haitian communities face.
MISSION As Church and Leadership Developers, our mission is to equip the Haitian church to preach Christ’s Good News in every community and congregation in Haiti. We pursue this mission by training Haitian church leaders to proclaim the Good News, equipping the church with the material resources needed for good news proclamation, and assisting North Americans to proclaim the Good News in Haiti.
MISSION WORK As Church and Leadership Developers, our primary work is to support the Haitian church and its leaders. Our primary strategy is training. We assist Haitian churches to organize and provide basic theological and practical training for pastors, deacons, youth leaders, and women’s ministry coordinators.

Because we live in the capital and largest city of Haiti, Port-au-Prince, we often train visiting groups of regional church leaders who return to their communities to train local Christian leaders.
Secondly, we equip the Haitian church with the material resources needed for its ministry. Through our partnership with Back to God Ministries International, we are working to establish a “Follow-Up Center” for listeners of the French evangelistic radio broadcast, “Perspectives Réformées,” so that the Good News can be heard over the airwaves. We also help to coordinate a local church building program funded by a West-Michigan charity, SON-BEAM International, which provides qualifying Haitian churches with grants to purchase building materials for new church structures.
Finally, we assist North Americans to proclaim the Good News in Haiti by organizing visiting teams to Haiti and personal visits from our North American partner network. These visits not only help our Haitian ministry partners to fund and realize their own ministry objectives, they also change the lives of the visitors who experience the passion and excitement that Haitians have for their Lord Jesus Christ.
