Operation Manna Funding has two parts: financial granting and coaching/consultations.
When partners have successfully filed applications, which have been reviewed and subsequently approved, they are provided with a temporary (maximum of 3 years) grant that covers a small portion of their ministry. To ensure accountability, partners are provided with an on-site visit once a year and are required to resubmit annual renewal grant applications each year. This is a total of 40% of the Operation Manna program budget as a whole.
Consultations are an integral portion of the Operation Manna program. Operation Manna is known for not only providing funding but assisting partners in fulfilling their mission that God has called them to. Consultations and coaching take up a total of 40% of the Operation Manna program budget (making it an equivalent component to the financial granting).
The final 20% of the Operation Manna program budget is used to cover all administrative costs, advertising, and communication.
