I’d like to check on the status of a synodical overture. Can you tell me what content is in that overture so far?

Thank you for your interest in matters of concern to our denomination. I’m afraid that we’re unable to share progress reports on overtures. These will be published and distributed along with the Agenda for Synod each spring. Each overture will be assigned to one of synod’s advisory committees, which brings recommendations to the full synod assembly for consideration.
