Yes! Most of the time Synod’s plenary sessions are open to the public. Oftentimes you can even access the discussion online through the CRCNA website (www.crcna.org). The exception is when Synod calls for Executive Session, which means they need to talk about sensitive and confidential matters. The advisory committees of Synod (usually the first two days of synod) are not open to the public.
