I’m afraid CGI does not include short term disability or long term disability pay. If a church wants their staff to have short or long term disability insurance they can purchase that from a vendor outside of CGI. Before moving in this direction you may want to contact CGI through their website to learn how some other churches have approached this. Ordained pastors have a Long Term Disability benefit through the CRC pension office.
